Dr. Simbiat Oladiran-Adighije, PMHNP, PhD (Dr. Sim) has over 12 years of experience specializing in Adult ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Mood Disorders (Depressive disorders & Bipolar disorders), Perinatal psychiatry and comorbid mental disorders. Dr. Sim practices as a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in both New York and New Jersey. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University with her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing. She further received her MD and PhD degree in Public Health from The University of Science, Arts and Technology, Montserrat (Florida campus).
Dr. Sim believes in a personalized treatment plan for each patient that may include medication therapy and/or psychotherapy. She is an LGBTQ+ affirmative provider. Treatment approaches include Medication Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Genetic Testing, Motivational Interviewing and other Psychotherapy treatments.
Dr. Sim is highly committed to evidence based practices and keeping up to date with new and emerging psychiatric treatment modalities. She does this by attending yearly continuing education/training in Psychopharmacology at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. She believes in the possibilities of reaching one’s highest potential and is highly committed to the well being of her patients physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Dr. Ginger Simor, MD
Dr. Simor achieved her BA in Psychology at the University of Albany, NY and went on to earn her medical degree abroad at Semmelweis University of Medicine in Budapest, Hungary, before returning to Albany Medical Center to complete her residency in Psychiatry. Dr. Simor enjoys learning about different cultural backgrounds in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the individual. Aside from her career, Dr. Simor enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs; traveling, cooking, exercising and being creative with decor when she personalizes her spaces.

Dr. Tara Thompson, PMHNP, DNP
Dr. Tara believes that people are multi-faceted and understanding their lives and experiences requires the ability to look at treatment from multiple perspectives including psychological, biological and developmental. She believes in nurturing the capacity for resilience and growth while diagnosing and treating mental health. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her “fur babies”. She loves to travel, watch horror movies, read fiction and Zumba!

Belinda Narine, PMHNP-BC
With her multiple degrees, She brings exceptional knowledge and experience in emergency medicine, internal medicine, pain management, nephrology, gastroenterology, healthcare management and psychiatry.
Belinda realized there was an overwhelming need for more access to mental health services and care which warranted her career change from emergency and internal medicine. Having a family member battle major depression and helping them avoid multiple suicide attempts made her realize this transition was a need. She has witnessed many shy away from getting help that they need due to the significant amount of negative stigma associated with mental illness. Her goal is My goal is to decrease hospital stays while providing excellent care to patients right from the comfort of your own home through Telepsychiatry.

Elise Weisman, PMHNP-BC
Elise Weisman received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University, NY. She then received her Masters of Science in Nursing from New York University, NY. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in a variety of outpatient settings, including community mental health centers and intensive outpatient centers for both mental health and substance abuse issues. She has helped clients with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders, attention and hyperactivity disorders, peripartum and postpartum mood disorders, eating disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, and alcohol and drug addictions. She finds reward in working with all populations.
Elise values the important connection between mental and physical health. She began running while in high school and continues that today, incorporating yoga and hiking. She encourages all individuals to find physical activity that aligns with their lifestyle.

Patricia Witkowsky, APRN-C
Patricia has 26 years experience as an Advanced Practice Nurse. She specializes in Psychiatry including treating anxiety and mood disorders, depression, bipolar and substance abuse / addiction disorders. Patricia holds a Masters in Nursing Science from Rutgers University and completed post masters work at the University of Massachusetts. Patricia experience includes the treatment of patients at community health centers as well as substance use disorder facilities. Her passion is to provide excellence in mental health care. Patricia strives to support and empower her patients in managing challenges and improve lives.
Patricia’s interests include supporting community mental health events. Patricia is also an active participant at Valerie Fund Centers for pediatric cancers and blood disorders. In addition, Patricia along with her husband, enjoy many activities and travel with her four children.

Sandhya Praveen, PHMNP-BC
Sandhya Praveen believes in individualized treatment plan for every patient that include medication therapy and psychotherapy. Treatments includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and other psychotherapy treatments.
She believes that a significant advantage of telepsychiatry is that it can provide a practical and effective alternative to in-person psychiatric services from the comfort of one’s home. It is suitable for people of all ages including children, adolescent and adults.

Heather prioritizes care that is holistic and individualized. She understands that for people to optimize their physical health, they must start with their mental health. Her treatment approach aims to combine elements of psychotherapy with pharmacological (medication) treatment as indicated. This customized approach views the person as an individual with specific needs, and not just as their diagnosis. Her patients often describe her as relatable and down to earth. She is passionate about helping people become their best version of themselves, to help them achieve their goals, and to attain balance in their lives.

Maureen Graham seeks to partner in care with each individual using a person-centered approach with the goal of adding quality of life and well-being. Maureen Graham NP enjoys working 1:1 with individuals to help reach and fulfill their goals and improve quality of life in the areas of physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual growth.
Maureen Graham is a recipient of the Louise Wilson Haller Memorial Prize for exemplifying to the highest degree the spirit of nursing as shown by excellence in patient care and devotion to the best traditions of the profession.

Grace Taylor, PMHNP-BC
Grace Taylor received her BA in psychology from Barnard College, NY. She then received her Masters degree in Communications, Computing and Technology in Education from Columbia University. She has worked in world-wide training of the US and Taiwan military, MIT, Boeing, Northrop, Siemens amongst others. After working as a software engineer at a large corporations and experiencing first hand the impact of work on our daily lives and mental health, Ms. Taylor felt a desire to make a greater personal impact in the lives of others and returned to school for her healthcare degrees. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Hunter College, NY, as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In the field of Psychiatry, she has experience in child, adolescents, adults and geriatric mental health. She has helped clients and families with holistic treatment of depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, eating issues, psychosis, ADHD, autism, Alzheimer’s dementia, substance use disorders and aggression.
Ms. Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to and creating music, meditating, writing and traveling.

Heather Bradford, FNP-BC, ENP-C, PMHNP-BC
Heather Bradford is a Board Nurse Practitioner certified in Family, Emergency, and Psychiatry and Mental Health. Heather has several years of experience in treating children/adolescents as well as adults. She has experience in the treatment of depression/anxiety/bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other psychiatric conditions in the inpatient as well as outpatient settings.
Heather completed her Associates of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Psychology degrees from Southwest Baptist University in Missouri. She went on to complete her Master of Nursing degree from Simmons University in Massachusetts. She achieved further specialization in Psychiatry through Washburn University in Kansas completing Post Masters Studies.
Heather focuses treatment approaches on the whole person with a personalized and non-judgmental process. She utilizes different approaches of psychotherapy including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. She remains current on the latest pharmacological treatments and implements them into practice. She has a passion for guiding people through difficult times and empowering them to restore balance back into their life.

Deborah graduated from Montclair State University with her Master of Counseling degree. She is especially sensitive to social issues that impact individuals and families. She is passionate about providing the utmost quality of services to individuals struggling with mental health disorders. Her goal is to develop genuine connections and instill hope as she recognizes and helps develop client strengths.
Deborah enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Stavroula utilizes a number of modalities in her approach to therapy, pulling from psychodynamic theory, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her goal is to create an atmosphere of safety, warmth, and openness to work with her clients in achieving meaningful work.

Delois Blackmon, MS
Delois believes in the utilization of the Sociocultural Theory of Cognitive Development to observe how cultural backgrounds (collectivistic, individualistic, etc.) may influence an individual on how they identify, how they view themselves, how they perceive others to view them, and how they cope or respond to life’s challenges and changes.
In her therapeutic methods, Delois focuses on creating a safe space for clients to discuss emotions and experiences, and form an understanding of therapeutic relationships to foster trust and enable the application of positive change to everyday lifestyles.

Jennifer Patrick, LMSW
Jennifer Patrick, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at El Paso and a master’s degree in Social work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
With nine years of experience in various settings, Jennifer has a passion for helping individuals discover their true selves. By utilizing an individualized, person-centered approach, she employs techniques from multiple evidence-based modalities in which she has obtained formal training to tailor to each client’s needs.
Jennifer has provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. She specializes in working with those impacted by depression, anxiety, transitional/life changes, chemical dependency, and trauma. Jennifer’s ultimate goal is to empower individuals by assisting them in understanding their worries and navigating how they can address their concerns to feel healthy and purposeful in life

Angela Owens, LAC
Angela (Angie) Owens is a Licensed Associate Therapist. She received her Master of Arts in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA, and has since provided psychotherapy to clients of all ages and population. Angie has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care. Angie believes in using strength-based, person-centered methods to build strong therapeutic relationships based on compassion and respect. As a former basketball player, Angie believes in self-motivation, self-growth, and kindness to one’s self. Angie is passionate about assisting clients in self-advocacy, goal attainment, and overall wellness. In her free time, Angie enjoys reading, writing, listening to music, working out, and watching movies.

Anna Rozengauz, LMSW
Anna Rozengauz, LMSW is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She graduated from Adelphi University School of Social Work with her Master of Social Work degree. She has experience working with children diagnosed with autism and their families and adults on a range of issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and depression. Her approach is client-centered and integrative. Her aim as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space for people to gain insight and skills they need in order to make positive change in their lives. Anna looks at her clients through cognitive behavioral and strength-based approach. With the use of evidence-based treatment and years of experience, she works alongside clients to help them navigate the challenges and pain associated with caregiving, loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. She believes in finding an approach to therapy that is tailored to the needs of the individual, couple or family she is working with. Anna has a warm and compassionate style and treats her clients with respect and dignity.
