Joy Enaohwo M.A (She/Her) Joy graduated from Kean University Union, NJ with a Master of Arts in Counseling/LPC degree. Joy is a disciplined, compassionate individual with a passion for empowering individuals and families by collaborating with them to design, develop and implement programs to meet their socio-emotional needs. Joy has 23 year’s experience in the public school system working with children, adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma, autism, legal and socio-emotional concerns. Joy is also an ordained Minister with over 20 year’s experience in the church setting, providing spiritual and socio-emotional guidance to individuals and families to strengthen their mind, spirit, soul and body. She enjoys working from a systematic, collaborative strength-based, person-centered approach that is mindful of cultural, ethnic and economic concerns. She strives to help individuals and families process emotions and learn coping skills, to empower them deal with the daily rigors of life.
